If you wish to enter before Check In you can enter before 3:00 PM, you only have to take lunch $15.00 P/P on the first day, which is not included. If you are looking to stay longer than 12:00 PM, you just need to spend $10 per person in our restaurant.

We are pet friendly
Small pets are allowed, however there are certain rules that must be respected:

El cliente que sea acompañado de una mascota, deberá cumplir con el reglamento de mascotas manifestado a continuación 

– La mascota deberá estar con correa en todo momento particularmente en las zonas comunes del hotel

– Cualquier daño causado por la mascota será responsabilidad del propietario y se cobrará un cargo por el remplazo del objeto dañado.

– En caso de perturbar el ambiente sin poder controlar al animal domestico, el hotel se reserva el derecho de cancelar la estancia del cliente por incumplimiento al reglamento

– La mascota no deberá usar el baño o las duchas de habitaciones

– Está terminantemente prohibido el ingreso de la mascota en las piscinas.

– El propietario del animal domestico tiene la obligación de velar por la limpieza de las necesidades de su mascota en todo momento.

– Razas no permitidas por seguridad : Pitbull, Rottweiler, Boxer, Doberman o similares o mayores a 35 libras.

Swimming pool hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

To spend the day is on a first come, first served basis, no need to make a reservation. However, we recommend arriving early to choose your space to your liking.

Access to the beach is free. You can go out at any time. However, late at night, we recommend not to go too far from the hotel and to be cautious.

We recommend making a reservation immediately to ensure space due to Bio-security measures, space is very limited.

1 - Depositing to our account in the Banco Agricola, is in the name of EXCLUSIVIDAD DE NEGOCIOS SA DE CV and the # is 0522038115-0 (send us the receipt via WhatsApp and we will issue the receipt of entry to the hotel).

2 - By a Visa or Mastercard Debit or Credit Card through a Payment Link for the security of our customers.

You can take route 495 leaving from the San Marcos south terminal, the cost of the trip is $1.00 per person.

You must tell the bus driver that you wish to get off at Hotel Paseo del Sol.

The procedure for a date change or refund is as follows:

- Date change:

El cambio de fecha es gratuito durante 1 año desde el momento que realice su reserva, siempre y cuando lo notifique al menos 48 horas antes de la fecha de su estadía. De lo contrario tiene un recargo de $25.00.

- Refunds:

Para hacer efectiva su devolución del 100% debe haberla solicitado 48 horas antes de la fecha de su estadía, de lo contrario tiene un recargo del 25% del valor de la reserva. En caso de que el cliente haya pagado directamente en el hotel el mismo día de su estadía o día de playa, si el cliente solicita el reembolso después de un lapso de 30 minutos de haber ingresado a las instalaciones, habrá un recargo del 50% del valor de la estadía o día de playa. Después de un lapso de 1 hora transcurrida haciendo uso de instalaciones, ningún tipo de reembolso o devolución tendrá lugar.
